No Bake Coconut Snowballs Recipe :
Simple, easy and delicious! I always make cookies in extra because we eat them a lot around the house! I store these in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or more!
Make sure you only add the ingredients on the ingredient list
INGREDIENTS LIST :
½ cup of sweetened condensed milk.
1 tsp of powdered sugar.
2 ½ cups of coconut flakes.
½ cup of your favorite chopped nuts “optional”
HOW TO MAKE IT :
Step 1 : Mix together the condensed milk, 1 cup of coconut flakes and the powdered sugar in a medium bowl until well mixed, if you want to use nuts, add them too.
Step 2 : Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours then take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into balls and arrange the balls in a lined baking sheet.
Step 3 : Roll the balls in the coconut flakes and store in airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve and Enjoy !
